Terms & Conditions:

• Guest need to carry valid photo ID for each of the family members travelling
• Check-in counters will close 3 hour prior to flight departure time
• Extra bed at hotels will be mattresses
• Early check-in/ late check-out is subject to availability of rooms
• Prices are subject to change
• If someone is over charging above the listed rates at tourist locations,  its upto you how hard you can bargain.
• Vehicle provided will be as per the itinerary and not at disposal. If a vehicle is used for shopping, visiting markets and restaurants other than mentioned in itinerary then there will be extra charges
• One room can accommodate maximum 4 passengers ( 2 adults, 1 extra bed, 1 child without bed)
• In Kashmir, Gilgit Hunza, Skardu and any hill station the facilities of Hotel, Services, Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations. - 
• Hotels are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 2*, 3*,4*,5*.
• If a guests make a payment through any gateway then extra above the package cost will be charged between 2% to 3.5% as processing fee.
• For hotel stay - there is a huge scarcity of water at all places, please use the water carefully
• During winters- In case of heavy snowfall, itinerary will be changed as per weather conditions. Snow jeeps or chained vehicles will be used so clients have to pay an amount for a return trip. 
• Fixed/ buffet meals will be provided at the hotels if mentioned in the package
• Package rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Narankaghantours.pk reserves the right to change/ modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel

• In the month of May to August, there is lot of rush/ traffic jams in the sector, request to be patient at the time of check-in/ sightseeing
• Heater charges are not included in the package, you need to pay the same directly at the hotel
• Premium package is based on private vehicle per family
• Government service tax extra
• Flight details as per prevailing rates at the time of Booking.
• All itineraries are suggested itinerary depends upon your arrival & departure.

Refund & Cancellations:

• Tourism is a seasonal business, therefore, all sales are final during peak season.
• Peak season is June July August.
• In case of flight cancellations or any other natural disaster like flood or land slide, Narankaghantours.pk will issue a credit note to be claimed during next 6 months for any alternative package or service. 
• Normal cancellations for main cities like Karachi Lahore Islamabad will be entertained 72 hours before departure / arrival.
• Hotel cancellation polices will be applicable for any non-refundable bookings.  
• Each package has its own policies and same can be confirmed from our representative by an email or text.
